1:1 Coaching & Consulting
How it works
Free preliminary consultation: In about 30-40 minutes we will discuss your topic and what goal you'd like to achieve with the coaching or consulting. During this first free meeting we can see and feel from both sides, whether we can work togehter. We will also discuss how many units and in which pace the coaching/consulting make sense. This can either be in person or online.
First session: In our first session we work on your goal, look at the current situation and go from there - step by step - to reach your personal development goal with different coaching tools.
Work togehter to achieve your goal. For the coaching I will use the systemic-evolutionary coaching approach. This can either be in person - in a room or walking outside - or online. The "Walking&Talking" method has been proven to help people to talk about their problems and open up since you are outside and this can sometimes be more comfortable.
Cost
Individual lesson:
AUD 210.00 per unit (60 minutes) or
AUD 260.00 per 1,5 hours for private individuals

How it works
Free first consultation: We start with an introductory conversation. It is important for me to find out what your goal with the consulting | workshop | team coaching or training is and I will ask some questions about the reason why and necessary information around that topic.
Of course this meeting also let us get to know each other and see if we can work together.
In a next step I develop a rough concept and present my ideas. If this goes in the right direction, I will develop the detailed concept, workshop design and plan the event.
This and other preparation and follow-up work is generally included in the daily rate.
